Stock Show is a Uniquely Western Experience

The 105th annual National Western Stock Show in Denver gave me the chance to celebrate Colorado’s rich ranching heritage and let out my inner cowgirl.

I appreciate a nice tenderloin from time to time, but tendergroin was my first choice at the Stock Show. I liked how the menu called the bull fries by their real name, instead of the more familiar “Rocky Mountain Oysters.” A Colorado Native beer made for the perfect lunch. Yeehaw!
